These biscuits are known as “Grinder Biscuits” as they were previously made using a biscuit shaper as an attachment for a meat grinder where they would be passed through then cooked, giving them they’re rugged texture, very unique. This bag contains two different types; chocolate and vanilla, the pair go together nicely and are delicious!
